Coverage & Service Disclaimer
Effective date: 27 January 2026
This page sets out the disclaimers that apply to network coverage, service quality, device compatibility, and connectivity for plans sold by JusteSIMs (ABN 28 764 919 720) at justesims.com. Forms part of our Terms of Service. Nothing here excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent mandatory law.
1. Underlying networks
JusteSIMs is a digital reseller. We do not own or operate any cellular network — connectivity is provided by third-party mobile network operators ("Network Partners"), sometimes via an aggregator. The specific Network Partner used for a plan in a given country may change without notice. Plan-page coverage information is indicative.
2. Coverage
Coverage is determined by the Network Partner. We make reasonable efforts to publish accurate coverage information but coverage is not guaranteed, including in remote rural areas, mountainous regions, basements, tunnels, large indoor venues, on aircraft, ships, or trains, in border regions, during outages or planned maintenance, or where local regulations restrict roaming.
3. Speed and quality
We do not guarantee any specific download speed, upload speed, latency, or service quality. Actual performance depends on signal strength, congestion, the Network Partner's technology (5G, 4G/LTE, 3G), your device, and whether the plan's fair-use throttle has been triggered (see the Acceptable Use Policy). Product-page references to "5G where available" are indicative, not a guarantee.
4. Voice, SMS, and emergency services
Unless a product page says otherwise, our plans are data-only. They do not provide voice calls or SMS (except over-the-top services like WhatsApp or iMessage that depend on data), and they do not provide access to emergency-services calling. Do not rely on them to call local emergency numbers (000, 911, 112, 999). Use a phone with a local SIM, a public phone, or contact emergency services through accommodation or airport staff.
5. Device compatibility
The Service requires an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device that supports the network bands used by the Network Partner. You are responsible for verifying compatibility. If your device isn't compatible, the eSIM won't activate — see the Refund Policy.
6. Fair use, allowance, and expiry
Plans are subject to fair-use limits — see the Acceptable Use Policy. When your data allowance is exhausted, data service stops. Some plans support top-ups (shown on the product page). Unused data and unused validity time are forfeited at expiry.
7. Third-party services and geo-blocks
We do not warrant the availability or behaviour of any third-party website or app. Some online services impose geo-blocks based on the country of your IP address; using a JusteSIMs eSIM may cause such services to behave differently than on your home network.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JusteSIMs is not liable for any loss arising from lack of coverage in a specific location, network outages or congestion attributable to a Network Partner, device or configuration issues, inability to make emergency calls, geo-blocking by third parties, or lost productivity or business resulting from connectivity issues. This does not affect any non-excludable consumer guarantee. Our Terms of Service contain the full statement of liability and remedies.
9. Travel-safety reminder
Mobile data is a convenience, not a safety system. Save offline maps and key information before you depart, note local emergency numbers and the address of your accommodation, and carry a backup means of communication where possible.
