Leftover Data Credit Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The JusteSims “Leftover Data Credit Offer” lets eligible customers receive store credit for unused data remaining on selected travel eSIMs before expiry.

2. Eligibility

  • Applies to prepaid travel eSIMs purchased directly from JusteSims.com.
  • The eSIM must be activated (i.e., connected to a mobile network in the destination country).
  • The eSIM must be active at the time of redemption; credits cannot be issued after the plan has expired.
  • Customers must have created a JusteSims account at the time of purchase to receive and use store credit (credits cannot be issued to guest checkouts).
  • An email reminder will be sent shortly before expiry (where contact details are available) to help you redeem on time.

3. Credit Calculation

  • Unused data of 1 GB or more qualifies for credit.
  • Credit is calculated at AUD $0.50 per GB in 100 MB increments (e.g., 1.2 GB = AUD $0.60).
  • The maximum credit per eSIM is AUD $10.00.
  • All credit amounts are issued in Australian dollars (AUD).
  • Remaining data is verified using JusteSims’ internal system records, which are final and binding for all calculations.

4. Redemption Process

  • Submit a redemption request while the eSIM is active and before the plan expiry date.
  • Once approved, the eSIM will be permanently suspended and cannot be reactivated or reused.
  • Allow up to 48 hours from verification for store credit to be applied to your account.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your credit has been issued.

5. Using Your Credit

  • Credits are issued as store credit only and are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, or transfers.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used toward future purchases on JusteSims.com.
  • Credits are non-transferable and linked to the account used for the original purchase.

6. Limitations & Fair Use

  • Each eSIM may be redeemed once under this offer.
  • JusteSims may limit, suspend, or cancel credits in cases of suspected abuse, manipulation, technical error, or fraud.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotional credits, refunds, or discount schemes unless expressly stated.

7. Communications

  • Expiry reminder emails are sent as a courtesy; delivery is not guaranteed. It remains the customer’s responsibility to redeem before expiry.

8. General

  • This program is a goodwill initiative and does not replace or modify your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
  • JusteSims may amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
  • By submitting a redemption request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
