If your eSIM still has unused data, you may be eligible for store credit. Complete the form below to redeem your credit before your plan expires.

To qualify:

Your eSIM must be active and not expired.
You must have at least 1 GB of unused data remaining.
The eSIM must have been purchased through a JusteSims account (guest purchases aren’t eligible).
Credit is calculated at 50¢ AUD per GB, in 100 MB increments, up to a maximum of $10 AUD.
Once processed, the eSIM will be permanently suspended, and the credit will appear in your account within 48 hours.
